    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, there has been reference to low income households and protecting some of the low income households and the consumer products that they use. If this is indeed the case, I really would urge the Committee to ensure that the Bill does have criteria for the exempted products and also for the zero- rated products so that in future when we come to a matter like this, we do not have to spend so much time adding things onto a list. On the list that we already have now, it is actually possible to get some criteria around agricultural products, medicines and basic products for the low income households."
