    "content": "Kenya is among a few nations where everything is taxed. You are taxed when you buy water and milk. Sometimes, you may think of consolidating tax so that we know that we are paying tax once. We pay tax on our salaries and everything. We understand that the country is run through tax. At least, citizens who enjoy a good economic status may not complain much about the taxation. So, in as much as we are trying to expand the tax base, we also have to consider how to strengthen the generation of income of the citizens so that they may be capable of sustaining taxation."
