No.5340), which were demarcated by Nzoia County Council, were irregularly allocated to some private individuals. (b) The beneficiaries of these illegal allocations were Joel Soi, David Koech, Joseph Tanui and Patrick Bosire. (c) I wish to state that these allocations have been revoked by the Council and even demolition orders issued to these specific beneficiaries. The four plots revert to public utility or for use as an open air market."
