Member for Nambale has cast aspersions on our integrity, capacity and sense of judgment! To presume that when there is unanimity and consensus in this House, it is through paucity of thought and shallowness of debate is an insult to the integrity of this House. This is a House of debate and when we are debating, we can disagree, agree, build consensus and we can even cross the Floor and hug, to express unanimity. This is a spirit that the hon.
