    "content": "On the issue of representation in the Pan-African Parliament, I have done my arithmetic while I was seated here and I have seen that, if we did equal representation, whereby we share those seats on pro-rata basis, on the strength of each parliament; if there were six slots, they will get one. But if there are less than six slots, they will get zero. The National Assembly has 349 hon. Members while the Senate has 67 Senators."
