"content": "Thank you hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I wish to contribute to this very important Motion by hon. Njenga. The power of the youth in a constituency is core to this nation. I think investing in the youth is the only way that this country can move forward. When we do not invest in the youth, the thinking of Vision of 2030 will be just a pipe dream. I say that because when we say that the youth should be given soft loans, packages and others and yet you have not developed skills for them to utilize whatever funds that are available, then it is just wasting good money."
