It is important for us to see the constituency as the pinning ground because at the constituency level, we know the numbers that graduate from Standard Eight and also from Form Four. But what this Motion seeks is financial training in applied sciences. Actually, we also need the teachers more than anything else and the infrastructure for us to undertake skills development in our youth."
