Temporary Deputy Speaker, when we say that countries like Korea, Malaysia and others which began at the same level as our country in the 1950s have gone ahead, we need to realize that they have moved forward because they have invested in empowering the youth. They provide technical skills which are within villages and homes where people are able to come up with small gadgets which eventually form the industrial hub for those countries."
