    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this Motion could be the fiftieth or the sixtieth one we have debated in this House in terms of how the youth of this country can be looked after. I think 0.1 per cent of the national revenue is too small, if we are going to say that we divide it among the 290 constituencies in this country. So, I beg to request further the Mover of the Motion, as it becomes a Bill, to see how that should be enhanced to 2 or 3 per cent. So that whatever goes into the constituency is actually enough to be able to come up with the necessary infrastructure."
