    "content": "The youth of this country is getting a raw deal. I always wonder what happens to the youth who do not step in high school and those who do not go to the university. For those who join university, we have the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) which sponsors their studies. For those who join teachers colleges and Kenya medical colleges, we do Harambee for them. What happens to those who get grade “C-” and “D”; who do not qualify to join middle level colleges? That is the issue. We are leaving a whole generation without a guided future. If you look at the numbers that go to the university every year, it is not even 20 per cent of those who do the KCSE examinations.
