    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I support this Motion because it will reduce crime in our nation. In Turkana, we have cattle rustling and it occurs because people are jobless. They have nothing to do. Now, for one to get something to eat or in order to get married, one has to go and get some cows from another tribe. However, when we create training opportunities and jobs, the youth will not go anywhere. They will be very active. They will not be idle and they will do some things for themselves."
