    "content": "In order for us to achieve Vision 2030, we need to do something for the youth so that they can also contribute meaningfully to our GDP by working on the ground. This Fund will also help create employment for our youth. We know that 65 per cent of our population is below 35 years. Those who are between 14 years and 35 years are about 50 per cent.
