    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. First, I want to thank the Mover of this Motion for bringing this Motion which is very timely and very important for this country. It is evident that the Government has spent a lot of money in developing human resource right from free primary school education through secondary school bursaries and scholarships. Therefore, it is very important for the Government to make a follow up on all those investments. This will inform the need for the Government to make proper planning for future educational trend in this country."
