    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also rise on a point of order. We have been aware that the Bill is coming. We know that the Bill will become law. It is more committing than passing this Motion. We have been informed that the compensation aspect has been captured better in the Bill than in this Motion. I want to urge hon. Members that we preserve our comments until that time. The Standing Orders are very clear that we are out of order to anticipate debate on that forthcoming Bill. However, if that is not possible, I would propose that we discuss this Motion and not put the Question at the end of it. We could stop and wait for the Bill to come."
