    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, one or two weeks ago, a farmer in Central Province lost sheep. The Kshs50,000 that is meant to be compensation is way less than the value of the property. Equally on that note, when you see the intentions of the interventions, I think it is also important that we focus on bringing more Bills to this House. In as much as it is good to have Motions but they just urge the Government. Bills will become Acts of Parliament and they will be implemented. I want to urge all Members of Parliament to support this Motion. In as much as wildlife is important in this country, the property of Kenyans is more important than wildlife. Thank you so much."
