"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a timely Motion and is very good. I want to commend the Judiciary in our country. That is because there are some people who went to court recently. Those people were mistreated by the former regimes. For example, hon. Imanyara was awarded Kshs15 million. It is sad that a court can award Kshs15 million as compensation to somebody who was tortured while the family of a person who has been killed by wildlife is compensated with Kshs200,000."
