    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir. Pursuant to Standing Order No. 44(2)(c), I wish to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Committee on Lands concerning the resettlement of squatters in Kilimambogo. In 2009, the then Minister for Lands assured the MP for Juja that the settlement of squatters would be done by the latest March 2010. A District Planning Liaison Committee was constituted to begin the process of resettlement. A Part Development Plan (PDP) was drawn and verified by all stakeholders and submitted to the Ministry of Lands Headquarters for approval in 2012. There has been no response from the Ministry to date. In his Statement, the Chairperson should inquire into and report on:-"
