    "content": "The Committee in its sitting of 25th July considered the matter within its mandate as established under Standing Order No.210. In view of the nature of the request, my Committee observed that the request falls within the mandate of the Departmental Committee on Lands which is, indeed, mandated to deal with matters of settlement. Because of that, we wish to seek your direction that this matter be referred to the Departmental Committee on Lands, which will be able to deal with it exhaustively. I have shared this position with my colleague and he has understood our position."
