That is why the Cabinet Secretary said that he was engaging the Treasury and the Transitional Authority (TA) to get a clear position on the functions and the budget for the devolved health services. I am sure that the Bill will be coming to this House once it goes through the key stakeholders; namely, the Constitution Implementation Commission (CIC), the Office of the Attorney-General, the Cabinet, the Law Reform Commission and more importantly, the TA."
