One of them would be for the Government to put up housing schemes at a cost at which they are able so that, that can determine the pricing. What has the Minister done to have that kind of scheme like what was there in the Government housing in Kimathi Estate or Otiende? That determined the price at which the unscrupulous people would price their houses."
