    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister has said that we do not have any laws which can regulate the selling and buying of property in housing, but his Ministry has been selling some houses which have been built by the Ministry of Housing. I am sure when the Ministry sells houses; they have a guideline on which they base their sale price. I am sure this is in accordance with the building. So, why do you not also use the same guidelines to assist those who are also buying property from private developers?"
