I remember the Deputy Prime Minister telling us that he is at an advanced stage of addressing not only the problem in Kerugoya, but in the rest of the country. Could the Minister confirm that, indeed, there are consultations which are taking place between the two Ministries so that we can get satisfied that yesterday, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government was not subjecting us to sweet talk?"
