    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, mine is really to confirm from the Minister whether the Government is really serious about the importance of this building. The role that examinations will play in the future of Kenyans will actually be determined by the seriousness with which this project is taken. That building has been pending for a very long time. So, I want the Minister to confirm that this is not one of the many white elephant projects doting this country despite the fact that examinations, which are so crucial to the youth of this country, are kept in safe custody and conducted under one roof."
