Members, in view of the supplementary question by the Member for Limuru, in respect of which I have indicated that even in my own assessment has not been satisfactorily answered, on my Motion, I will defer this Question to two weeks away, so that the Minister can come and answer the supplementary question by the Member for Limuru. Indeed, the House and the country are entitled to know what the initial cost of this project was 25 years ago, and what it will ultimately cost at the end of the day. That is important information, Minister. As a matter of fact, as you prepared to answer this Question, it was information which you should have anticipated you would have supplementary questions on. So, you will have to come and give that answer."
