    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you have heard that clearly the Government is unable to reduce crime not only in Trans Nzoia, but throughout the country. It looks like the wananchi have been left to look after themselves in terms of security. It is the responsibility of the Government to protect lives and property of its citizens. Two months ago, 12 people in Kitui County were murdered in cold blood by a gang led by one individual. That individual still roams around threatening residents through mobile phones.
