But we also need to look at the way the medical staff are employed within this country, so that the Senate can properly legislate on how to deploy people who are employed by the national Government, but now find themselves having to work under a particular county government without proper definition as to whether or not they should continue working there permanently. So, I think that the Senate has a job to do."
