    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, thank you for giving me this time to make my contribution as far as this issue of hospitals in Kenya is concerned. The first thing I would like to point out is the issue of lack of capacity in our hospitals. Many of our public hospitals may not attract the most qualified men and women to serve there because of the remuneration. As we consider how to monitor the way hospitals should be doing their jobs to ensure that the lives of our people are protected, we should also consider remuneration for the staff. This is a matter that I know is real."
