    "content": "The mortality for Kenya is at age 47. Maybe the statistics of one out of five might not be such an unrealistic figure because one might ask how many of these people die as a result of not having been given adequate care especially when they go to seek health services. We need to also look at these incidents on a case by case basis and be able to give recommendations and suggestions but I think public feedback will help to create more accountability. This is the level of accountability we need. This is the level of involvement we need to have so that with such a health policy at a devolved level, we can encourage people to have faith. My feeling is that when people are able to complaint in a public way and the complains filtered into a system as they try to address them, then automatically, there will be a safety valve of controls to ensure that health providers have a better mechanism of ensuring that they render the necessary services. This would be very key to us."
