    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek a Statement, under the provisions of Standing Order No.43(2)(c). I would like to see clarification from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations on the following:- (a) Why have officers seconded from the Prisons Department to provide security services to Members of Parliament been withdrawn? (b) What informed this drastic action? (c) Could the decision be reversed and all withdrawn officers immediately returned, given the invaluable service they offer to Members of Parliament and the country?"
