    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member wants to know what action the Government is going to take. There is very limited scope of action on behalf of the Government on this matter. Why is that so? It is because there is an Act of Parliament; the CIC Act of 2010, which states very clearly that until the Salaries and Remuneration Commission is established, the salaries and terms and conditions of employment of those Commissioners shall be determined by the Public Service Commission, in consultation with the Ministry of Finance and Treasury. That is what the Act says. As the Government, we are bound to fully respect the provisions of the Acts which are passed by this Parliament. So, I would refer that matter to the House. What action will the House take against those officers who completely implemented the provisions of the Act which was passed by this Parliament? The hands of the Government are completely tied and that is why we tried---"
