This Schedule clearly tells this House the timeframes through which these commissions should be implemented. This is the case and yet, the commissions that the Minister talks about are nowhere in this Schedule. You will find that, again, we are expected before 27th August to talk about the Kenya National Human Rights and Equality Commission."
