    "content": "First of all, your point of order is premature because I have not even proposed the Question. So, there is nothing on the Floor and I do not know really what it is that you are doing. If I had my way, I would have it expunged from the HANSARD, because you jumped the gun as it were. I have indicated in the past that I will not stop Senators from making points of order, because I want to assume that the points of order that will be made in the Senate will not just be procedural, but also within the law and for the benefit of the work that we do as Senators. So, it is important that we follow the process and procedure properly."
