I had indicated that your Senator is not here. He is a very active Member of the Senate, but he is out of the country on official business. The members are:- Hon. Senators, this Motion will end at 10.30 a.m. and that is when the Mover will be called to reply. Therefore, we have only 20 minutes and I can see that there is still a lot of interest in the Motion. Instead of giving you ten minutes each, therefore, I am requesting humbly that you allow me to reduce the period to five minutes, so that many of you can contribute.
