    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I also rise to support this Motion which I think is long, long overdue, because these are the areas that we needed to deal with immediately we came to power in a new dispensation. My reason for saying this is that when debate was going on to provide ways and means of implementing the new Constitution or providing operational laws to manage the new Constitution, this country lost some direction. There was a need for people who were to become Members of County Assemblies (MCAs), Senators and Members of Parliament (MPs) to have acquired a good standard of education.
