Yesterday, when I made a ruling on it I said that we will be voting not later than 3.00 p.m. It is not yet 3.00 p.m. So, I want to assume that from a legal point of view, we are okay as pertains to time. I will allow time, up to 3.00 p.m. we shall have a quorum. If not, then I shall give directions thereafter as necessary. This also applies to the Motion that we concluded this morning by Sen.
