    "content": " Thank you, Minister. I want to draw the attention of the House to Chapter 15 of the Constitution, which deals with Commissions and Independent Offices. In particular, I want to draw the attention of the House to Article 250, which deals with the composition, appointment and terms of office of commissions. One of the things that need to be understood is that all the commissions under Article 250 will go through the due process of approval by this House and will follow the requisite national legislation. If it so happens that APSEA nominates someone who does not fit the Bill, I am sure that Parliament, or the relevant Committee, will see to it that, that officer does not take that position. So, I want to give comfort to the House that nothing of that nature will, in fact, take place."
