If what the Chair of the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Economic Affairs is saying is going to take place, then for purposes of this House and the general public, especially the people in the counties, it would be nice if the Committee could go out of the way to bring a new matrix, as it will appear if the figure was Kshs210 billion and another matrix as it would appear if the figure was Kshs258 billion.
