"content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. I have heard my colleague, Sen. Musila, speak about rejected officers. As far as I am concerned, officers who have been working in the Public Service have been working for the Government of Kenya. Unless and until maybe he tables a document saying that these officers have been rejected from various departments, he should rather withdraw and proceed with his contribution.
