    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this very important Motion and congratulate Sen. Elachi for bringing it to the Floor of the House. This is because it addresses the problem of limited access to training opportunities as well as unemployment. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the NYS was very useful in the development of the national values, particularly discipline and morality, although at one stage, this was killed for one reason or the other. But considering that the problem of the youth and unemployment is rising, I support this training because the Government has released money for the youth enterprise development. But most of our youth do not know what to do with the money if they were given free loans. I was out there in Trans Nzoia where I talked to a few youth. They lack the ideas because they do not have the skills. So, this Motion has come at the right time because it is going to train our youths, so that the Youth Enterprise Development Fund can be put to better use. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to support the Motion."
