    "content": "Therefore, it is my view and the view of this House that the current public address system should be overhauled to maintain the dignity of this House. This is the Kenya National Assembly of the Republic of Kenya and over 40 million Kenyans watch what really happens here. Therefore, to rekindle the confidence and our confidence in this House, replacement of the current public address system should be done with immediate effect. I request the restoration of free-flow of information through acquisition of the required public address system."
