Senator can rise on a point of order to raise any matter. As you have correctly observed, the nature of this matter would be better served if Sen. Khaniri put a request and then at the end--- There is a facility that hon. Senators have not utilized, that from 6.00 p.m. you can actually deliberate this matter.
