"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Further to that point that has been raised by Sen. Khalwale and Sen. Murkomen, my understanding is that once you are elected as a President or Deputy President, you are called President or Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya and not the republic of Jubilee or CORD. So, my general view is that the commitment and responsibility of every Cabinet Secretary is to the collective or individual who represents also the popular aspiration within the Republic of Kenya. Therefore, I do not think that matters raised here necessarily touch on matters partisan. In fact, the Senate Majority Leader scares me by saying that these questions must only be directed to Members of the Government, who we know often concoct the truth.
