    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, just to shorten it, let us accept that we are in a new dispensation in which there is the National Assembly and the Senate, for that matter. Our job is merely to oversight and make law. That is part of oversight. A Committee may be asked: “You are the ones who met the Cabinet Secretary in your Committee. What is he doing?” You then come and report as a Committee, otherwise, we will be “killing” each other here, that a leader of any Committee must be a Member of the Majority, which would be an absurdity.
