    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is the position of the Government as well. Our key question is about local content in broadcast. This is because what is broadcast has a lot of effect on what we think and so on. It also has a lot of effect on local drama, film and so on. So, what we should really be concerned about is the extent of local content and I think the Government has been firm on this; that as we migrate to digital content, we expect well upwards of 40 per cent of what is broadcast to be content originated by Kenyans for Kenyans and that is where the strategic interest lies."
