But I want to ask if we can also consider, with your final substantive ruling, if there are situations of national importance – very important situations – that the Committee of the Whole can invite the Cabinet Secretary to the House so that he can answer certain issues that, perhaps, require clarification? This suggestion is also going to the Committee that is working on the Standing Orders, so that it looks at infrastructure for dealing with such situations."
