    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. If what Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale was talking about is true, then it would be unconstitutional. However, I do not believe that it is in order for him to come and seek such a very important statement in this House, when basically what he is using is hearsay. He has quoted the newspapers while we know that sometimes newspaper articles cannot be relied on because it is not a policy position. He must table the policy position before asking you for directions. He must table the policy framework or statement that would allow him to stand here and seek your direction."
