But it is important to note that because of the weight of the question that he had asked and the continuous public discourse on the issue of devolution and allocation of functions and resources, the Committee decided to invite the Cabinet Secretary in charge of Devolution and Planning tomorrow, where the issues will be canvassed comprehensively and thereafter tabled in this House. Madam Temporary Speaker, I would have hoped that Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale was in the House, but he is invited to attend tomorrow’s session. Thank you."
