Elachi who was once my secretary at the APK Party that brought her to this House. I stand to support the Motion. When the second liberation was going on, I tried to trace the history of this country. I also looked at the issues that used to be dealt with by the National Youth Service (NYS). One of them was the construction of the road between Thika and Kitui.
