    "content": "As I thank the Members for unanimously supporting this Report, I want to emphasize that as we adopt this Report, we must re-emphasize that there are quite a number of security lapses within and around the precincts of Parliament. As a matter of urgency, it is very important that we undertake a comprehensive review, so that the security of Parliament and within the Chamber can be enhanced to a level that can win the confidence of Members."
