    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want Members to realize that some of the measures that we may take, for example, mobile phone immobilizers, may appear inconvenient, but let us look at the wider picture and the implications. Let us look at what the world we live in has become. We have extremely bad people out there. We have extremely bad people in this world who would see nothing wrong if they had a chance to cause a major catastrophe both within and without the Chamber. Therefore, this is a matter that we, as a Committee in charge of broadcasting, will be requesting the Members to bear with us when the measures that are intended to improve the security of the Members and that of the nation are installed. Anything untoward happening within this Chamber will be a national catastrophe."
